GENERAL INFORMATION

Manufacturer names, logos, and product descriptions are used for accurate identification of the products we sell.
Limestone County Tractor & Equipment supplies genuine OEM parts and manufacturer‑approved components, unless otherwise stated.
All products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage applies only to the product itself and does not include labor, downtime, or consequential damages.
Limestone County Tractor & Equipment does not provide additional expressed or implied warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Customers may return products by contacting Limestone County Tractor and Equipment for assistance and return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return freight unless the return is due to an error made by the company.
If an incorrect item was shipped due to our error, we will provide a pre‑paid Bill of Lading for the return.
A 15% restocking fee applies to returns where no error was made by the company.
Returned items must be in original, unused, undamaged, and resellable condition.
Items showing wear, installation marks, or damage may receive a reduced credit reflecting their resale value within 10 days.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All warranty coverage is provided directly by the original equipment manufacturer.
Limestone County Tractor and Equipment does not determine, approve, or deny warranty claims.
Customers must follow the manufacturer’s warranty procedures, including providing required documentation, photos, or proof of installation.
Warranty coverage applies only to the product itself and does not include labor, travel time, equipment downtime, or consequential damages.
Replacement or repair decisions are made solely by the manufacturer according to their published warranty terms.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Limestone County Tractor and Equipment is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or modification of the product.
We are not responsible for loss of income, downtime, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited strictly to the purchase price of that product.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation and verifying compatibility before use.

PRIVACY & DATA USE

Customer information is used solely for order processing, communication, and account management.
Limestone County Tractor and Equipment does not sell, trade, or share customer information with outside parties, except as required to complete an order.
Customer data is handled securely and used only for legitimate business purposes.

CREDITS & REFUNDS

Customers may choose either a credit on their account or a refund issued to the original payment method.
Credits or refunds are processed within 10 days of the returned product being received and inspected.
